CapRaise·LoanReady
Most good businesses are refused for the paperwork, not the business.
Answer questions about your business in plain language. We turn your answers into a professional loan application that a bank will actually read, tell you honestly how ready you are, and show you exactly what to fix.
No accounts? No registration? Start anyway. Most of the businesses we work with keep their figures in a notebook, and many are not registered yet. You can complete the whole assessment without a single document, and we will tell you which two or three would make the biggest difference.
How it works
Three steps, one afternoon
Tell us about your business
Plain questions with the banking term named alongside, so you learn what a lender is actually asking. Turnover, running costs, what you own, what the money is for.
See where you stand
A loan readiness score out of 100, your debt service coverage, an honest view of whether a bank would say yes today, and a ranked list of what would move the number most.
Get your bank-ready pack
A CapRaise analyst reviews everything, then you receive your loan proposal, a one-page summary for lenders, and your improvement plan. Usually within 3 working days.
What you receive
The documents a lender expects
Written to the standard a credit officer is used to reading, and checked by a person before it reaches you.
Loan Proposal
A credit officer at a Sri Lankan commercial bank or finance company
The primary submission document. It presents the business and the funding request in the order a credit officer reads them, and it must be complete enough to be assessed without a meeting.
Loan Readiness Improvement Report
The business owner, who may have limited formal financial education
The report the client values most, especially when the answer today is no. It explains where they stand and exactly what to do about it.
Risk Assessment
A lender's risk function, and the CapRaise analyst
A structured view of what could go wrong, so a lender does not have to derive it from the proposal.
Executive Summary
A busy credit officer deciding whether to progress the file
One page. Often the only page that gets read. It must carry the whole case: who, what, how much, can they repay, what is the risk, what do we recommend.
Your CapRaise analyst also prepares confidential internal assessments that support their review of your file.
Find out where you stand
You will know your score before you spend anything else, and if the answer today is no, you will know exactly what to change.
